Beautiful Knife
I needed a new boning knife and did not want to spend over £100 for a well know German brand. This knife is beautifully made, extremely sharp, and very reasonably priced. It is not as flexible as some boning knives but I use a filet knife for those times when I need more flexibility. This thing can power through cutting up a chicken, or butterflying a leg of lamb in no time! A great value!

Cut the cheese and tomatoes too
This makes a great wedding, anniversary, or any holiday gift and eliminates the quandary about what to give from then on. Pair it with a nice cutting board and you never have to worry about what to gift again, just say cheese. You probably would not buy one of these for yourself but you should and whoever gets it will love you for it. By the way, it is the best tool for cutting tomatoes also. Who knew, now you do.

Exceptional cheese knife!
