Love these. I work in the kitchen in a high end restaurant & these knives are sharper and feel better than the ones we have there. The wood block looks great and doesn't take up much space. I can't imagine these losing their quality over time

Very sharp. But solid metal and solid block

The knives are very sharp, feel nice in your hand, and I love the holder. The stand looks great on the counter and the knives are accessible. These knives are easy to clean and I love that the handle is part of the knife body. My husband was a cook for 35 years and he also loves this knife set.

I love the handles being they are one piece so you can submerge the knives in water and not worry about degrading the handle.
