20cm Carving Knife

I received this knife as a Father's Day gift. I like to make smoked Brisket as well as homemade Corned Beef. I have good kitchen knives but this knife for certain functions works better than any other. I can get razor sharp thin slices of Corned Beef or I can get consistent beautiful slices of Brisket. The knife is well constructed and the steel is high quality German Steel. The blade holds it's sharpness well as a result. It's an excellent knife.

This knife is everything the description says it is and then some and at a great price. .I would highly recommend this carving knife.

I was extremely excited to see this on my dinner table... then I opened her up. Value: Out of these box this knife feels like what I've been wanting for ages. Sturdiness: The blade is straight and durable, the handle feels like it should in the hand and the weight is just about perfect.
