18cm Santoku Knife

The knife has a very comfortable feel and easy to use. Very sharp, I would buy it again.

I am not much of a kitchen knife person, but this knife seems to do the job very well. Was able to slice up semi-frozen meat into thin slices. Cutting was very easy, and did not need to struggle. The handle fit comfortably in my hand. nice knife.
