Boning Knife

I have only used it a couple of times but the grip is good and the knife is quite sharp. Good knife for the price!

This knife is absolutely beautiful between the wood grain handle and the waves in the steel I couldn't have been happier with this item. It's being used as a gift for a dedicated fisherman and I do believe it will be a perfect fit.

The knife is attractive - this may sound weird but I love using that knife. It is sturdy, easy to hold and very very sharp. I slice through whole bony fish easily and I use it for cubing vegetables such as tomatoes, lettuce, radish etc. I like the size of it but would like a shorter version too.

Nice knife and not a bad price but it does not hold an edge as long as I would have liked
