25.5cm Slicing Knife

Received this for sushi making. Worked like a charm. Packaging is nice for gifting or just for storage.

Used this knife at Thanksgiving Slicing the turkey and again at Christmas Slicing a ham. The knife made short work of both chores and was a pleasure to use.

This knife is for those who are avid cooks and know how to manage a kitchen and take care of a kitchen knife. Ordinary and amateur users can't appreciate the true nature and quality of this knife. I have used Dexter knives, but this quality product is sevenfold better than Dexter.

Really wasn't sure what to expect but I wasn't disappointed. Arrived in a presentation box and once opened, not only did the knife look good, it really does the job! Easy to hold, strong but not too heavy to use, and looks great carving the Sunday roast. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase more in this range.
