18cm Santoku Knife

This is an excellent, well-balanced chopping knife. The curved blade makes short work of most any chopping task. I would absolutely buy this knife, or a different knife from this company, again.

The blade construction is great. The handle is a little too polished/slick this makes it a little difficult to grip with damp hands.

This knife is amazing. It cuts like butter and is medium weight. The blade is sharp as sharp can be! The handle is comfortable and appears to be wooden. The finish of the knife is very pleasing to the eye and you could leave it out on display. It arrived undamaged in a really nicely packed box. Would be a great gift for the home chef in your life. The price is a little bit higher than what I would normally pay for a knife but it is worth it. Such a great knife. One you get a good knife you just can't go back to the cheap ones and that is what I will have to do now!

This knife looks great and feels great. I didn't have any issues cutting vegetables which would be my main use . I didn't have any wow factors to share. I do think if you're looking for a good knife you could give this one a try.

Just received this knife and played with it a little. This is a nice addition to my increasing collection of kitchen cutting lineup, for an incredible price. The handle is quite comfortable and firm. Overall this is a good buy.
