13cm Utility Knife

This is a great knife! So sharp, cuts beautifully!

I had never even heard of a short chef knife before I came across this one. What a great idea! I have spent time in the emergency room because I'm a klutz and cut myself (twice!) with a full-size chef knife that wasn't balanced well and a cheap cleaver. So "short chef knife" spoke to me, and I listened! It's a total pleasure to use. I hadn't realized how awkward I felt holding those other two, bigger (and lower quality) knives. I feel completely at ease chopping and slicing with this, even though it's super sharp. I am grateful for making the high quality products they do, at not-sky-high prices. They say they want to make cooking easier, and they truly do!
