I love this knife, its sharp, fits good in your hand, easy to clean and does the job. However, I think the blade is a little long for what I wanted. I's great for a sushi dish, trimming meat etc. and the quality is unbelievable. My husband, who is a chef, loves it, it's just a little too big or me. Would I buy again? YES.
Got this for our son in law he loves the craftsmanship of this knife.
My knife arrived about 5 minutes ago, now I am grinning ear to ear. This is a thing of beauty... I was a little doubtful to what I would get, after seeing similar ones in the hundreds of pounds. I can not wait to use it, and I am already looking for more to go along with it.... would give more stars if I could and would order it again.
I was reluctant to buy this knife after looking at other knives which are priced well over one hundred smacks. However, I decided to buy this one and I am not disappointed at all regarding the quality and feel of it. I used on skinning and cutting salmon and I liked how it cut so easily. It is long but I can handle it. I have had only about two months, though.
