These knives cut stuff and can be resharpened. They are sharp outta the box. Don't cut yourself opening it!

We only just received the two knives but they are wonderful! Makes carving, slicing, chopping all so much easier. Nice and sharp, so be careful. I think these new knives will be around for a long while.

VERY SHARP!

We bought this set for my daughter for a xmas gift because my wife and I have been using this brand for years and they are a very good quality knife. They hold a good sharp edge for long periods of time and have a great feel and heft. We don't wash them in our dishwasher, we prefer to wash them by hand to prevent damage to the handles. I highly recommend this knives if you are in the market as they will last a lifetime without worry. I also recommend investing in a good knife sharping system to keep them at peak performance.
