9cm Paring Knife

Well made

I wanted to give this knife 5 stars overall but why no sheath? Granted, it doesn't say it comes with one but I wouldn't want to keep this in its box all the time. I also don't like it just laying in the drawer. Why?It is sharp! Any chef will tell you a dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp one. No worries here. This knife is sharp. It's an attractive knife for sure. And more importantly great for slicing and dicing smaller fruits and veggies. It's also a great size for people like my wife Gina who has smaller hands. Honestly, it's comfortable to hold and manipulate with any size hands but she has commented on how nice this one feels in her hand.just, ya know, include a sheath instead of a fancy box and you get 5 stars.

beautiful blade and handle. Sharp. i bought 2 of these and one of the handles came in with a very visible crack. so the quality control is poor. sent the one back and got a replacement which looked great. So basically 2 out of 3 were great. thats why the 4 stars.

This knife is amazing. Super sharp and easy to hold and use.

Nicely made and remains sharp.
