This knives are the choice of professional Chefs across the globe. I ordered the Chef and paring knife set. The least expensive out of the line of knives. They are The Finest Knives I've ever seen or used.

I needed some precision and quality, nothing better than this knives, excellent product.

This is a great knife set. I bought one for myself and one for my daughter and we both love them. The large knife cuts fantastically! The smaller knife is convenient however, it is so thin on the top side of the blade that it is uncomfortable when cutting. I'm glad it is included with the set though and it is a great deal considering.

Watch out, thes knives are sharp. And very light
