Sharp, balanced, attractive. I have looked for things to use it on because it is a pleasure to use and look at. It has a deeper belly than my old cleaver and really slices with ease.

This bread knife is very nicely made. The esthetic of this knife is very appealing. Comes in a sturdy package box. Looking forward to getting my other knife and testing it out and it's durability.

Great knife to own.
This knife is very sharp and flexible and I have used it to bone pork butts and chicken. Since owning this knife I have only had to use a knife steel to keep its edge. I recommend this for anyone who bones their own meat.

The perfect cleaver for me!
