Best knives for the money

I LOVE these knives. Over the years I've purchased about 10 of the 8" chef knives as gifts for my cooks at my restaurant and had their names engraved in them. They are well made, durable and bold an edge really well. I will continue to buy these as gifts as well as for my business and home.
