Utility Knife

This utility knife is an excellent restaurant gain. Nicely packaged, and sharp right out of the box. I actually like the smaller size as utility knives go. Feels good in the hand and is easy to control for precise cutting. Very pleased with the purchase. Good quality knives can be expensive, and if you're not a professional chef its sometimes hard to justify the cost. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased the chef's knife. I was so impressed, that when it came time to replace my utility knife, there was only one choice. This knife, though a bit larger than the usual blade, has become my go to veggie prep knife. I absolutely recommend these knives. Be careful, they are ,by far, the sharpest knives I've ever had.
