This knife has all the traits of a good sushi knife, but at a much lower price. Since my sushi skills are not excellent, I just needed a knife to allow me to see the advantages of such a long single beveled unit in making good sushi. This knife will, over time, let me see what I will and won't need in a next level up knife.
