20cm Nakiri Knife

This knife is amazingly sharp. I gave to my daughter as a house warming gift because I was amazed at how sharp it was and easy to handle. I originally bought at special price. I purchased this knife again for Myself. Definitely well worth it

Great for chopping vegetables. Much more controllable than with a chef's knife. Don't agree with the few reviewers who claimed it was dull out of the box.

Bought this for stream side meal prep. Comes in a nice protective box. Impressed by the quality.

As soon as I removed it from the package, I appreciated the heft and balance, and the finish is pretty attractive. The handle fit decently in my hand as well as my wife's, and felt balanced. I put it to work immediately chopping cabbage and potatoes for our dinner that day and was impressed how easily the knife sliced through the different vegetables. It seems to have the right weight to move through denser vegetables but not so heavy that it's unwieldy or tiresome to use for a long cutting and chopping session.

Very nice knife. Well balanced, super sharp right out of the box. Glad I got it.
