18cm Nakiri Knife

I get it, there are people who go out and spend astronomical amounts of money on knives. I'm not one of them. I'm a guy and I do most of the cooking and this thing does just fine. Feels good in the hand. GREAT value.

The knife works great! It's a bit large for my hands and I'll need to get used to it. Overall I'm impressed!

I have only started using this knife but so far I like it. It's razor sharp and not too thick, slices easily without getting "jammed" by being too thick for the slice. Scary sharp and nice workmanship as far as I can determine on non-extended use.

This is a great knife for slicing and prepping vegetables.

Needed a larger knife for vegetables. This is perfect to use. Sturdy and sharp!!
