Japanese Style Chef Knife

The beauty of this knife is that it can do just about everything, from mincing garlic to filleting delicate meat. It's really sharp. Another things that I really love is because is comfortable in the hand. If you asked me how I would describe this knife, I would definitely choose two words: comfortable and ergonomic. Recommend.

I absolutely love my knives. I've bought over 10 of them. I have given 8 as gifts and kept 2 for myself (I just ordered another 2 yesterday). I own Cutco knives and some other brands and cuts just as well as any of them. These knives come razor sharp, well packaged and they are beautiful.The customer service is amazing!
