It's a beautiful knife! That much I'm sure about. No complaints about the aesthetics...that said How durable is this knife. How long will it keep an edge...won't be known for some time. That said, I don't think I can make a knife from scraps for cheaper...amazing price! If it lasts me 5 years I'll be happy!

This product does a great job. You can spend 5 times the price and it couldn't be worth that much more.

This knife will definitely get the job done cuts through everything with ease, just buy the protective gloves so you will not cut yourself like I did.

Knife used for a cooked roast beef. Sliced the meat beautifully. Comfortable to use.
