Bone Chopper

Bone Chopper is heavy and it has an excellent wooden handle. I use it for cutting chicken thighs and it cut through them easily. It is heavy and the weight helps with the force. The blade is very sharp and it's easy to cut through the chicken with a slicing motion. I follow Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) diet and I buy chicken with skin on it. The skin is the fattiest part and I struggled in the past to cut them into smaller pieces. It is much easier now with this Bone Chopper. The price is very affordable.

This is a very well-made processing tool. It is a full-tang Bone Chopper with a good weight for chopping through bone. Just as serviceable as the high-priced Bone Choppers.

Absolutely love this Bone Chopper, went to order a second for my son and sadly no longer available.

Be very careful of fingers. This blade will take them clean off. Good product to prevent shop lifting.
