These knives are comfortable to hold and so sharp! It's easy to make thin slices of any type of produce. And the shape of the larger knife makes it a cinch to mince large quantities of onions or even shelled nuts!

EXCELLENT Value!
I love this knife, and while it can't go in the dishwasher like the Cutco Chef's Knife I have, so far the sharpness of the blade has been EXCEPTIONAL - it's like cutting with a razor. We'll see how long the edge holds up, etc. but for what I paid for this knife, it looks and feels like something 10 times as expensive, and cuts like that too!
