This is a beautiful knife that made Carving

Extremely sharp as others have stated. Beautiful knife and the case is also very nice. Plan to keep this one in its box when not in use. Cuts smoked brisket like it should and with so much ease. Length of knife is prefect for Carving up large meats.

I have always wanted a quality carver and this one fit the bill for the money. It arrived promptly and was packaged in a very nice presentation box that will be great for storing when not in use. Knife appears well built, has a good feel in the hand and is razor sharp. Should be great for Thanksgiving.

I first thought due to the price this could not be that great a knife, but I apologize. This knife has been used on 4 briskets now and has not dulled at all! It's balance is great in my big hands and my wifes extra small hands. We love this knife and are considering replacing our old knives with these.
