I love this knife. It arrived the day before I had planned on smoking a large brisket flat. I had my cousin try the knife out first, and her being a chef, she liked the sharpness, the handle, and overall experience using the knife. I used it on the second half of the brisket flat and it cuts like a hot knife thru butter! I've always used an electric knife on my briskets and I will never go back to that after purchasing this knife. I can't wait to try it on other things. Another awesome things is the packaging. It comes neatly packed in a box within a box. Very classy and would make the perfect gift.
