20cm Cleaver Knife

Basically this is my first cleaver which has been a joy to use. I used it to butterfly chicken thighs with ease. It was also easy to chop cabbage very thinly. It holds it's edge very well. After hours of use I wish it had a little pad for my thumb and fore finger on the top of the blade but other then that I would buy it again.

The blade is good but not the sharpest you can get, obviously. It does a great job of cutting through vegetables and fruit as it's slight heaviness will help the blade go through too, but I haven't used it on meats as I don't eat meat. I like the appearance of it. It comes with a plastic cover for the blade and a box for the knife itself if you'd prefer. I sharpened it with a whetstone and it's doing great at the moment. If you're an avid cooker looking for a cheaper option you'll probably like this knife, especially if your sharpening skills are better than mine.
