Very good for chopping vegetables

This knife is perfect for cutting vegetables and meats. It has an incredible edge and is very easy to keep clean while prepping for meals. The case sent with it is a great way to store it safely. If you are learning to cook and feel comfortable with your knife skills, this is a good blade to graduate to to be able to work with new dishes. I've been learning for a couple of decades and it costs less than a couple of delivered meals!

My wife bought me one for Christmas. I've broken down chickens, pork roasts, wings, and chopped some veggies with it. Out of the box it's nicely made. Handle is fitted well and the metal finish is even and very shiny. Keep your fingers clear when making big cuts. This is a straight razor. It will take off your finger just as easily as a drumstick.
