20cm Bread Knife

I feel that this knife purchase is great value for the money.

I was shopping for a good serrated knife to use when cutting biscotti: an Italian cookie that you bake in a log and then slice and bake the slices again. It had to be fine and it had to be strong to keep from shredding the log. This knife did a great job and seems like it will for a long time.

I love how easy it is to cut bread straight and it is beautiful! Only thing is it is a little long for me. Maybe a couple inches shorter would have been better.

Seems to be exactly as advertised. The fit and finish is great, especially the handle. Very sharp, cut right through some stiff sourdough. Will be very happy, and I believe it'll last a while.
