18cm Cleaver Knife

This thing is a beast! I honestly wasn't sure what to expect in a cleaver knife. I'm amazed at the quality of this knife for the price point. I liked it so much I had to go buy another couple of knives. I can highly, highly recommend this one!

This is a vegetable cleaver designed for slicing and chopping. The manufacturer says it is not for butchering such as cutting through bones. I used it for thinly slicing through lean beef roast, and for cutting veg's for stir fry. It's great because to me it has the proper weight to make cutting easier. The blade has a slight curve for slicing thinly with ease. take care handling it. Wash by hand but always pay attention, or your stir fry might get unwanted meat! This baby is dangerous to the distracted; keep away from kids always. Quality , excellent.
